Orders are processed within 3 business days after purchase.

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for activation.
Via Email: Use the “Track” button in your confirmation email.
Online Tracking: Enter your order number or tracking number in our tracking page.
If your tracking number shows no updates within 48 hours, contact us for support.

Orders are sent to our warehouse quickly, so we can’t always guarantee changes.

All LAYBIRD products include a 14-day money-back guarantee (unused, in original condition) and a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
