Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders over US$90. For orders under US$90, a standard shipping fee applies at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 3 business days after order confirmation. Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
How long does delivery usually take?
Estimated delivery times vary by country and region. For the United States and Canada, standard delivery is usually 8–15 business days. For many European countries, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and Thailand, delivery is usually around 5–10 business days. Some regions may take longer due to customs or local carrier processing.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders may be cancelled or modified before shipment only. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty
What is your return policy?
All return requests are subject to review and approval based on product condition, proof of purchase, and applicable logistics arrangements.
Who pays for return shipping?
For non-quality-related returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, taxes, duties, and handling fees are non-refundable.
What if returning the item is not practical in my region?
Because return handling may vary by region, a physical return may not always be the most practical solution. In some cases, we may offer an alternative resolution such as a partial refund, store credit, discount code, or replacement component where applicable.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing a part?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing a part, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos or video. We will review the case and help with an appropriate resolution.
Do LAYBIRD products include warranty support?
LAYBIRD provides support for manufacturing defects. Warranty support is reviewed case by case and does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear, or damage caused by improper care.

Is MagAttach Coffee Scale for espresso, pour-over, or both?
MagAttach Coffee Scale is designed for both espresso and pour-over brewing. Its magnetic modular setup helps you switch between different brewing workflows with one compact scale.
Does MagAttach fit 53–58mm baskets?
The magnetic dosing cup is designed to fit 53–58mm baskets. It does not fit 51mm baskets. Please check your basket size before ordering.
