MagAttach uses a magnetic modular system so one compact scale can support more than one workflow. Can I use MagAttach for both espresso and pour-over?
Yes. For espresso, use the scale with the magnetic dosing cup and Espresso Mode. For pour-over, attach the extension platform and use Pour-Over Mode. Standard Mode supports flexible manual weighing and timing when you want direct control.

Does the dosing cup fit my portafilter basket?
The included dosing cup has a 53mm opening and is designed to work across 53–58mm espresso basket workflows. It does not fit 51mm baskets. Basket dimensions can vary, so confirm your basket size before ordering rather than relying only on the espresso-machine model name.
What are MagAttach’s resolution, capacity and units?

Love this scale! Small footprint, very versatile. Self timing, self taring, and as a bonus... magnetic features. On top of that I was impressed with how fast I received it! I live in Spain and getting anything shipped into this country is usually a pain. This was delivered to my door in under two weeks. For context—thats fast here. If you are state-side, it is a no brainer—get one!
Great product. It’s extremely small and light weight. The magnetic attachments are so good to use without having the fear of them dropping everywhere on the first knock. Would love to have Bluetooth connectivity to sync to apps but for the price, this is a great scale.

Very intuitive in espresso mode, automatically tares when you put a cup on, automatically turns on when you place a cup on, turns off in a few minutes, love the silent mode. I wonder how the battery life will be over time, but so far it has been good. I don’t love using the magnetic extending platform thing, but the small scale works fine with almost all of my cups, just not ones with a wide base.
